Fix Chrome Blocked Automatic Multi-File Downloads
Problem Summary
Google Chrome displays an alert saying "This site is attempting to download multiple files" or silences secondary downloads when saving carousel slides.
Why This Happens
To protect users from malicious script floods, Chrome security blocks web pages from triggering more than one download per click event unless explicit permission is granted.
How to Resolve It
- Look for the blocked download icon (a small download tray with a red cross) on the right side of Chrome address bar on desktop.
- Click the icon and select "Always allow https://threaa.com to download multiple files".
- On Android Chrome, tap the lock or tune icon in the address bar > Permissions > Automatic downloads > Allow.
- Alternatively, use the single ZIP archive option in Threaa to download all slides bundled into one file with one click.
